Mecapre's History

Built on a simple promise.
To give clients what they were promised.

Image Description

Mecapre began in 2018 with a simple idea: if we put our name behind a project, we should be able to stand behind the work too.

What started as a website and mobile app design and development company has since evolved into a design agency, an Amazon-focused creative practice, and a 3D animation and production studio.

Today, Mecapre is a 3D animation and production studio, and Mecapre Designs focuses on creative services for Amazon brands.

The work has changed over the years.

The reason we started has not.

Story

Why Mecapre Started?

Before starting Mecapre, I worked in the corporate sector and had the opportunity to work closely with clients and understand how projects were brought into a company. I was often involved in understanding what clients needed and setting expectations about what the company would deliver.

What stayed with me was what happened after a client came on board. There was often a difference between what had been discussed with the client and what was eventually delivered. The problem was not always the people working on the project. It was often the way the business was structured and the way commitments were made in the first place.

Having built the relationship with a client, I did not want my name associated with an experience where someone felt they had been promised one thing and received another.

I saw similar patterns across the industry and eventually decided that I wanted to build a company around a different way of working. That became the starting point for Mecapre.

2018: Where It Began

Mecapre started as a website and mobile app design and development company. We worked on websites and mobile applications, working directly with clients and handling projects from the initial idea through design and development.

Within the first couple of years, our direction became clearer. We found ourselves increasingly drawn towards the design side of the work.

Mecapre became a design-focused company.

From Design to Amazon

As our design work grew, Amazon became an increasingly important part of our client work.

We began creating product listing images and other visual assets for brands selling on Amazon. Over time, this developed into a more focused practice covering Amazon Listing Images, EBC and A+ Content, Brand Store Design and 3D product rendering.

Working with products across different categories gave us a practical understanding of how much information a customer needs to understand a product before making a purchase.

That experience continues to shape the way we approach Amazon design today.

2022: Entering 3D Animation

In 2022, Mecapre expanded into 3D modelling and animation.

It started as another area of creative work, which gradually grew into a larger part of the company. We began developing characters, environments, products and animated content, eventually moving into original storytelling and production.

This journey also led to the creation of Jamure Kids, our children’s content brand, which has since grown into a large animation and entertainment property.

The 3D side of Mecapre continues to grow today, with work spanning modelling, animation, visual development and production.

Mecapre Today

Mecapre has evolved into a company with several distinct creative directions.

Mecapre is our 3D animation and production studio, where we develop visual content, animation and original creative projects.

Mecapre Designs is our dedicated Amazon and ecommerce design practice. We work with established Amazon brands on Listing Images, EBC and A+ Content, Brand Store Design and 3D Product Rendering.

Jamure Kids is our original children’s content brand, where we create and publish animated stories, nursery rhymes and characters for children around the world.

Each has its own focus and identity, while sharing the experience and creative foundation built at Mecapre over the years.

What Our Experience Brings to Amazon Design?

Our work in 3D, animation and visual production has influenced the way we approach e-commerce design.

We pay close attention to composition, lighting, visual hierarchy, colour, product presentation and the small details that affect how a product is perceived.

That experience is particularly useful when creating product visuals. A 3D render, for example, gives us control over the product, camera, lighting and environment before a physical photograph is ever taken. The same production knowledge also helps when building listing images and A+ Content around a product.

For our clients, this means their Amazon creative work is handled by a team whose experience extends beyond standard e-commerce graphics.

Why This Matters to Our Clients?

When you work with Mecapre Designs, you are not working with a team that only knows how to make Amazon graphics. You are working with people who have spent years learning how visual communication works across different mediums.

We bring that experience into every project. Sometimes that means creating a simple, clean infographic. Sometimes it means building a photorealistic 3D product from scratch. Sometimes it means knowing that the best design is the one that gets out of the way and lets the product speak for itself.

The goal is not to make everything look complicated.

The goal is to make it work.

The Promise!

When we started Mecapre, we did not set out to build the biggest agency.

We wanted to build a company where we could look at a client and know that we would do what we said we would do.

That still matters to us.

Because behind every project is a person who trusted us with their money, their product and their time.

We do not take that trust lightly.

The power of design help us to solve complex problems and cultivate business solutions.
